What truly blew us away was how much care and attention they put into understanding our vision and playlist. It genuinely felt like they studied our music preferences and perfectly captured the exact vibe we wanted for our wedding.
One of the biggest highlights was that the live band played throughout the entire evening, not just during the dancing portion but also during dinner. We originally expected, and were content with, just background music during that portion, but having live instruments throughout dinner completely elevated the energy in the room and kept guests excited and engaged all night long. The sound quality was phenomenal, and every transition between songs and different portions of the evening felt seamless.
Once dancing started, the dance floor was packed for the entire night. Lovechild and DJ Sample were incredible at reading the crowd and keeping the energy high while still making everything feel natural and fun. Their crowd engagement was positive, energetic, and never over the top. Seriously, guests are still talking about how much fun they had.
Some of our favorite moments of the entire wedding were when the band came out onto the dance floor to play alongside everyone and when they invited us up on stage to dance to our favorite songs. Those memories were truly special.
They also handled every special request with professionalism and care, and even their attire matched the elegance of the evening perfectly.
Lovechild and DJ Sample exceeded every expectation we had. They didn’t just provide music, they helped create the atmosphere and energy that made our wedding feel unforgettable. We would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for an exceptional hybrid band/DJ experience for their wedding.
The energy they brought was unmatched. Every set was packed with bangers, the dance floor stayed full all night, and our guests haven’t stopped raving about them. I’ve received so many glowing (truly glorious) reviews of the band since the wedding.
If you want a band that delivers incredible talent, seamless execution, and an unforgettable party, Tropics Entertainment is the way to go. I can’t recommend them enough!
We had people coming up to us throughout the night of the event but also afterward to tell us that it was the best music they’ve ever heard at a wedding. Several people said they usually don’t dance at weddings but the music was so good that they just had to! The high caliber vocals and instrumentals, and the energy they brought were just incredible. People loved when the band got down later on the dance floor and engaged with everyone too.
We also appreciated your professionalism in all the communications leading up to the event. We could not have been happier. If I could, I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars!!
“You hear us say time and time again… “We love decor!” Well, we have found something that we love just as much… a band out of Miami, FL known as Libido. With three rooms and 1000+ guests, the TSE Starts Here party was our biggest undertaking to date. Luckily for us, Steve and Kara of Tropics Entertainment were on our team. From the moment Libido hit the stage they were the talk of the TSE conference! The band accomplished the unimaginable when it packed the dance floor at an event typically considered the TSE icebreaker. Performing everything from Motown to Top 40, the band kept guests in awe. The best part? The members are super friendly, easy-going and a blast to be around.
