All events are not created equal. There are many factors that can affect the overall cost.
Please have this information when requesting a quote:
- Time of the year
- Location of event
- Number of guests
- Band size
Bands are typically booked for a four hour block of time. This includes at least one break, during which the band will provide recorded music. (Or speak to your consultant about our fabulous DJs!) Set up & break down are not included in this block of time.
*If you need the band for more than 4 hours: If negotiated at time of booking, a discounted fee will be factored into the total price. If a performance time over four (4) hours is decided on the day of the event, overtime fee will be prorated based on the contracted cost.
Bands come with all sound & lighting needed, including a sound engineer to ensure quality all night long. Bands provide MC/Hosting services for your event.
*It is the client’s responsibility to provide staging & power requirements.
The band will learn 3 songs for wedding formalities (1st Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Dance) that are not included in their repertoire, providing that the songs to be learned fit the style of the band.
*These requests must be submitted 60 days before the performance.
**If the band cannot perform the requested song(s) live, they will provide the songs on CD/iPOD at your event.
To secure a band for your event, a contract is issued & a deposit is required. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
